Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All items are lovingly handmade and shipped from coastal Rhode Island.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes—pickup is available at Midtown Salon in Westerly, RI. Please email me at contact@coastalmimidesigns.com to set up a custom order and skip the shipping cost.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States, but we’re working on expanding — stay tuned!

Q: Are your pieces handmade?
A: Yes! Every item is handcrafted with care using natural materials like shells, driftwood, and sea glass, making each one truly unique.
Q: Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?
A: Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of natural elements, slight variations in shape, color, and texture are to be expected — and celebrated!
Q: How should I care for my jewelry?
A: Keep it away from water, lotions, and perfume. Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising. Store in a cool, dry place (ideally in a pouch). Wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth as needed. For more tips, see the Jewelry Care page.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Occasionally! If you have a special request or want to personalize a piece, please reach out via the Contact form and we’ll see what we can do.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
